To qualify for services, individuals must meet the following criteria:
- be a North Carolina resident
- be uninsured or insured through Medicaid or Medicare programs
- make less than $50,000 annual household income

We offer our services to anyone in need residing in Alamance, Durham and Guilford North Carolina counties without insurance or enrolled in Medicaid and Medicare insurances. While we prioritize individuals who meet the requirements, individuals who are in need and insured privately or through their employer plan are still encouraged to apply.
